gout attackIf you get gout, then you know all too well the unfortunate signs of a gout attack. Some people say gout pain is considered to be the worst pain a person can ever experience (and I totally agree!). Once the pain of a mind-numbing gout attack starts, all you can think about is how to get rid of it. But here are 4 ways to ease the pain of a gout attack that I’ve talked about before, but since gout is new for some people, here it is again.

These easy to follow remedies can help you get gout relief quickly in the comfort of your home.

Towel-wrapped Ice Packs

When gout pain hits, you’ll want to get rid of it fast. One of the easiest ways of getting pain relief is by applying a towel-wrapped ice pack on the affected area. This can help reduce the inflammation and will numb the joint and relieve pain. Make sure to limit the use of ice packs to only about 15 minutes at a time.

Apple Cider Vinegar – Miracle Cure?

Acetic acid is apple cider’s most effective ingredient in treating and preventing gout. Using apple cider vinegar can help keep uric acid in solution in the blood and prevent the glass-like shards of uric acid crystals from forming.

To avoid gout attacks, mix two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water, and take it twice a day. You can also add honey to the mixture for a boost in anti-inflammatory response.

While acidic when outside your body, apple cider vinegar is “alkaline-forming” once it’s inside your inner environment and that is how it can help to prevent gout attacks. However, if you are already suffering from a gout attack, the benefit may take some time to kick in but often you will see results within a few hours.

Hi!! Wanted to update you on things. I am doing great! Been drinking my tea, taking epsom salt baths and keeping my ph balanced. Drinking lots of water and eating right (except for the cake and a few Filipino food treats on my daughter’s 18th bday last week). I haven’t had to use a walker OR cane and I am just so happy right now. Losing weight slowly and no more fast/junk food. Thank you again so much for taking the time last month to help me. I swear my life has changed and I don’t want to go back to the way it was again. I can’t believe I can do my workout DVDs now too
Wishing you a wonderful day!

Cherries Are Widely Accepted for Helping with Gout

Cherries can be very helpful in managing gout. They contain two powerful antioxidant compounds: Bioflavanoids and Anthocyanins. These phytonutrients can help minimize the onset of a gout attack but also can help to reduce inflammation, and often work quickly to ease the pain significantly.

You can enjoy cherries all year round, even if you don’t have access to fresh cherries. Organic frozen cherries and high quality cherry juice are great alternatives and easily found at health food stores everywhere.

Stop Gout Pain Now

Drink Lots of Water!

Almost everyone knows these days that drinking lots of high quality water brings many health benefits. Water helps flush out toxins, including the pain causing uric acid crystals of a gout attack. Make sure to stay especially well hydrated during a gout attack.

Bert Middleton, The Original Gout Killer

“I know your pain.  Let me help you kill your gout for good!  And teach you to advocate for yourself and take ownership of your gout recovery, by showing you how to live the gout-free lifestyle.”

Two decades ago, Bert Middleton found himself diagnosed with gout.   Like 8.3 million other people in the United States (approximately 4% of the population), he struggled helplessly with the physical, emotional, social, and financial impact that gout left unchecked can have on your life.

Prescription drugs were of limited help…

And the terrible pain of regular gout attacks left him unable to enjoy even the simplest daily pleasures.  His marriage was suffering.  His finances were spiraling due to the impact gout had on his ability to work. And maintaining a social life was often nearly impossible.

Tophi surgeries left him in terrible pain.  And he found himself depressed … and angry … that gout was stealing years of his life.

Until one day, after hundreds of hours of research and self-experimentation, Bert finally had a breakthrough and created a blueprint for a way of living that would prove to be “the answer” to living gout-free for nearly a decade now.

Today, Bert and his “Gout Wife” Sharon devote their evenings and weekends to educating other gout sufferers on how to live the gout-free lifestyle via their website TheGoutKiller.com

Showing others his 911 Emergency Response Gout Recovery Plan for getting PAINFUL gout attacks under control in as little as 4 hours.

And then, how to make daily choices that keep gout under control for GOOD!

So you can finally start LIVING again!
