Maintain Alkalinity For Lasting Gout Relief

To quickly understand acid-alkaline balance, here is an explanation of the pH scale: 0 is completely acidic, 7 is perfectly neutral, 14 is completely alkaline. The scale is logarithmic meaning that 8 is ten times more alkaline than 7 , and 9 is one hundred times more alkaline than 7.
