“Who Gets Gout?”

Do you get gout? Of course you do, or you wouldn’t be here now! – this gout conference call is for you!
It’s easiest to understand how you might fit into all of this and gain more understanding about why you are one of those people who gets gout, by just going down the line of the 7 areas of health that we have control over, outlined in my video program.
These seven areas are pretty common sense – most likely, you’re mother has been trying to pound them into your head for years. They are not magic, but for whatever reason, most of us just can’t muster up the willpower to follow through with learning what to do, then doing it! That is where the Kill Your Gout FOR GOOD video program can help you.
Kill Your Gout…FOR GOOD?
It’s a lot easier than you think. But before I give away all the secrets, know one thing: Killing gout is a lifelong project…that you need to be thankful to gout for. Probably, because of gout, you are going to have to get your sh!t together and tidy up your act. Because of your struggle with gout, it’s probably going to save you from a heart attack, diabetes, stroke, or cancer.
Here we go:
#1) Air…or the way you breathe. If you are a shallow breather, stressed out, uptight and constricted, and/or, you have sleep apnea, those are all contributing factors to why you may be a person who gets gout.
#2) Water…or hydration. The simple way to explain this is that we are 60 to 70% water – if you are not drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of water per day, you are dehydrated. If you are drinking more coffee, soda, fruit juice, and alcohol than water everyday, you are REALLY dehydrated! Your kidneys manage your uric acid, and they depend on good high quality water in substantial volume, to work right – show your kidneys some love and stop getting gout all the time.
#3) Food…as in nutrient dense, whole food, properly prepared. Most people are all hung up, thinking that gout is ALL about food – it’s not – it’s a big part, but it’s not the whole picture. With that said, knowing what to eat for gout, buying your own food from good sources, preparing your food yourself and avoiding restaurants, is all part of the plan. If you are eating poorly, you are a good candidate for gout.
#4) Manage your stress. This maybe the biggest factor in why so many people get gout these days. Of course it all ties into breathing, hydration and food – poor management in those areas leads to hormonal imbalances and especially adrenal fatigue. And you thought stress was all just mental or emotional stuff! Not at all! The reason you’ve got all this mental and emotional stuff going on, is because your body chemistry is all whack out – that’s why you’re got gout!
#5) Toxic chemicals in your environment. A lot of toxicity that makes it’s way into the inner environment of our bodies, doesn’t just come from what we stick in our mouths – what we breathe, what comes in contact with our skin, and even the thoughts in our heads, can be the source of what is creating the biochemical imbalance that is giving you gout. And it’s not just from the manufacturing plant up the river, or the big agricultural farm with all the pesticides down the road – it could very well be your dish washing soap, laundry detergent, maybe even your toiletries or cosmetics!
#6) Exercise…especially outside in the sunshine. Our bodies were meant to move. If you think about it, as a human being, the whole reason our bodies are the way they are, is to find and gather food to keep the organism alive…and then procreate. If you don’t move you body, consistently, you are opening yourself up to getting gout.
#7) Sleep. Without getting good, deep, restful sleep, your body is not going to work right. Period. What most of us don’t really know, is that for our liver’s to do their all important job of detoxification, that job is basically done when we are dead asleep. It goes without saying, you know when you need to get more sleep and rest your body. Getting that all important sleep is just one more way you can keep from being someone who gets gout.
Take the time to listen to the audio of the conference call – there is a lot of good information that I didn’t even mention here in this post. Helping you become gout free is my main goal in life.

“I know your pain. Let me help you kill your gout for good! And teach you to advocate for yourself and take ownership of your gout recovery, by showing you how to live the gout-free lifestyle.” Two decades ago, Bert Middleton found himself diagnosed with gout. Like 8.3 million other people in the United States (approximately 4% of the population), he struggled helplessly with the physical, emotional, social, and financial impact that gout left unchecked can have on your life. Prescription drugs were of limited help… And the terrible pain of regular gout attacks left him unable to enjoy even the simplest daily pleasures. His marriage was suffering. His finances were spiraling due to the impact gout had on his ability to work. And maintaining a social life was often nearly impossible. Tophi surgeries left him in terrible pain. And he found himself depressed … and angry … that gout was stealing years of his life.
Until one day, after hundreds of hours of research and self-experimentation, Bert finally had a breakthrough and created a blueprint for a way of living that would prove to be “the answer” to living gout-free for nearly a decade now. Today, Bert and his “Gout Wife” Sharon devote their evenings and weekends to educating other gout sufferers on how to live the gout-free lifestyle. Showing others his 911 Emergency Response Gout Recovery Plan for getting PAINFUL gout attacks under control in as little as 4 hours. And then, how to make daily choices that keep gout under control for GOOD! So you can finally start LIVING again!
