“Why Are Antioxidant Rich Foods So Important For Killing Gout?”

I’m trying to get better at putting these gout conference calls up as a blog post right away, so this is the one from last night. We talked about why antioxidant rich foods are key for killing gout . . . so heres the recap but it really is a good listen, so check it out.
What we went into is that this particular antioxidant food (cold pressed chocolate) is what got me into this whole Gout Killer thing. When my gout started to disappear around the time I started eating a ton of this stuff (there is great compliance when it comes to taking chocolate), I became curious as to why this was working. That started me down the path of learning all about antioxidants, free radicals, how our bodies work at the cellular level.
To make a short story long, I had to become a nutritionist and by the time it’s all over, I will need to become a microbiologist just to satisfy my need to know. But it’s like this: Atoms make up molecules, molecules make up our cells, our cells make up our tissues, our tissues make up our organs (and muscles, etc), our organs make up our systems, and our systems make up us.

Bert, I know all about sleep apnea having been diagnosed in 1998. I have used a CPAP since then, its a nuisance but very effective. Thank God I haven’t had a gout attack for a very long time, since we were first in touch. Keep up the good work.
