“When The Body Attacks Itself”
Gout and the symptoms of it, are considered by some to be an autoimmune disease, so let’s bring in some technical help to understand more about autoimmune disease symptoms.
- “When you have an autoimmune disorder, your immune system does not distinguish between healthy tissue and antigens. As a result, the body sets off a reaction that destroys normal tissues. “
The bottom-line I want to bring to your attention is: Too much uric acid in your system causes swelling and inflammation . . . or . . . your body has a protective response/reaction against a normal and natural substance it creates itself. Sounds like autoimmune disease symptoms to me!

Thanks, Bert…it is a strange feeling when you await an attack that doesn’t come? I really thank you for opening my eyes to the true facts and that the doctors don’t always ‘know best’!! I am gout free since our last conversation and have started playing racquetball with my wife for the first time in probably twenty years!! I am making it happen and I appreciate your program showing me the way…thanks. Until next time, take care and have a great weekend!!

Rheumatism and Gout
I’ve had a life altering experience with high intake of antioxidants, as a way of correcting my immune system problem called gout.
Here’s a little more information from MedicalExpert.com for you to consider:
- “Rheumatism is a non-specific term used to describe any painful disorder affecting the loco-motor system including joints, muscles, connective tissues, soft tissues around the joints and bones. The term rheumatism is also used to describe rheumatic fever affecting heart valves. However, the medical profession uses specific terms to describe rheumatological disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout and systemic lupus erythematosus and so on in the medical literature.”
I invite you to take a look at your gout from a different perspective – as an autoimmune disease – and to consider high doses of antioxidants to help you steer clear of the gout zone. Gout symptoms fall withing these autoimmune disease symptoms, and you can take control of them the same way I did – with massive doses of antioxidants.
One more time: If you have gout you’re probably at risk for other serious diseases and complications. Luckily antioxidants work for all of those too. Keep reading here and going back to Google to research for yourself. There are some really tasty ways to get mega doses of antioxidants.
☆ Don’t wait for the “attack”.

Bert Middleton, The Original Gout Killer
“I know your pain. Let me help you kill your gout for good! And teach you to advocate for yourself and take ownership of your gout recovery, by showing you how to live the gout-free lifestyle.”
Two decades ago, Bert Middleton found himself diagnosed with gout. Like 8.3 million other people in the United States (approximately 4% of the population), he struggled helplessly with the physical, emotional, social, and financial impact that gout left unchecked can have on your life.
Prescription drugs were of limited help…
And the terrible pain of regular gout attacks left him unable to enjoy even the simplest daily pleasures. His marriage was suffering. His finances were spiraling due to the impact gout had on his ability to work. And maintaining a social life was often nearly impossible.
Tophi surgeries left him in terrible pain. And he found himself depressed … and angry … that gout was stealing years of his life.
Until one day, after hundreds of hours of research and self-experimentation, Bert finally had a breakthrough and created a blueprint for a way of living that would prove to be “the answer” to living gout-free for nearly a decade now.
Today, Bert and his “Gout Wife” Sharon devote their evenings and weekends to educating other gout sufferers on how to live the gout-free lifestyle via their website TheGoutKiller.com
Showing others his 911 Emergency Response Gout Recovery Plan for getting PAINFUL gout attacks under control in as little as 4 hours.
And then, how to make daily choices that keep gout under control for GOOD!
So you can finally start LIVING again!
