….serious P A I N…

This is gout joint pain at it’s finest. Have a look at these pictures of gout in the hands – you can’t tell me these guys didn’t think about chopping their hands off!

I’m starting to gross myself out with all these horrific pictures of hand gout…almost as bad as my pictures of tophi!

Gout in the Hands, Feet, Knees…It’s Everywhere!

The point I really want bring home, is that you’re not the only one, and this is nothing to fool around with.

It’s one thing to just be looking for pain relief from gout, but when you (or I) get attacks that are this bad, permanent joint damage becomes a very real possibility.

As you can see (and maybe experienced) you can get the symptoms of gout in the hands, wrists, fingers, elbows…it’s not just in the big toe like so many people think. I’ve had people tell me doctors have ruled out diagnosis for their gout because it was not in the big toe! Crazy huh?!

Some of the worst and longest lasting gout attacks I ever had were ones that settled into my wrist: they lasted weeks! My whole hand was puffed up like a red balloon.

Which brings me to another point to be aware of, and that is, it’s a well known fact that gout can strike after a surgery. The trauma, shock, stress, and increase in toxic chemicals in the body can lead to the right conditions for a gout attack to occur. The kidneys go through a hell of a lot trying to keep everything balanced and under control.

What To Do?

Genetics or not, these are some pretty good examples of gout that has gone unattended for way too long. A complete lifestyle overhaul is needed: depending on pills to straighten out the neglect is not the answer.

Some people end up getting gout in the same joint, on the same side of their bodies, time after time. Mine did NOT discriminate – it would move around from one joint to the other without even letting up. Many times I had it in my left ankle and as it subsided, it showed up in my right thumb, then migrated to the right wrist. Gout in the hands can be so incredibly painful and debilitating.

Gout is just a matter of really understanding that you’re operating with an overly acidic inner environment. Way too much emphasis is put on eating this, and not eating that, but that is only part of the story – learning about acid/alkaline balance is the short cut.

The food you eat is certainly one aspect of how you can either become too acidic or, you can use food to help correct the imbalance. However, food is just one part of the equation: proper breathing and hydration are actually first on the list.

If you’re sitting there reading this on your screen, typing one handed, don’t waste any time – click here and kill your gout now!

Remember!  With gout in hands, take action immediately start to neutralize the acidic condition.

Bert Middleton

“I know your pain. Let me help you kill your gout for good!  And teach you to advocate for yourself and take ownership of your gout recovery, by showing you how to live the gout-free lifestyle.” Two decades ago, Bert Middleton found himself diagnosed with gout. Like 8.3 million other people in the United States (approximately 4% of the population), he struggled helplessly with the physical, emotional, social, and financial impact that gout left unchecked can have on your life. Prescription drugs were of limited help… And the terrible pain of regular gout attacks left him unable to enjoy even the simplest daily pleasures. His marriage was suffering. His finances were spiraling due to the impact gout had on his ability to work. And maintaining a social life was often nearly impossible. Tophi surgeries left him in terrible pain.  And he found himself depressed … and angry … that gout was stealing years of his life.

Until one day, after hundreds of hours of research and self-experimentation, Bert finally had a breakthrough and created a blueprint for a way of living that would prove to be “the answer” to living gout-free for nearly a decade now. Today, Bert and his “Gout Wife” Sharon devote their evenings and weekends to educating other gout sufferers on how to live the gout-free lifestyle. Showing others his 911 Emergency Response Gout Recovery Plan for getting PAINFUL gout attacks under control in as little as 4 hours. And then, how to make daily choices that keep gout under control for GOOD! So you can finally start LIVING again!
