There are so many things I need and want to talk about and unintentional chronic dehydration is at the top of the list.

There are a lot of different things to know about that help gout or cause gout, but since I’ve figured out how to get myself beyond pain and frustration of gout, the phrase…

Unintentional chronic dehydration has come up a lot.

It seems as though most information about getting over the pain of gout attacks mentions something about it, it never it hit me as hard as it does now.

Unintentional Chronic Dehydration Is a Relatively New Term

Fereydoon Batmanghelidj, M.D. is credited for the phrase Unintentional Chronic Dehydration and he has an amazing story to go along with it, here’s a snippet:

  • Dr. B. successfully treated 3,000 fellow prisoners suffering from stress-induced peptic ulcer disease with water alone. While in prison he conducted extensive research into the medicinal effects of water in preventing and relieving many painful degenerative diseases.

UCD and Gout

And of course why would I be bringing it to the table once again? Gout prevention. It always gets brought up when the pain of gout sets in; “drink lots of water”. But it’s almost an after-thought in regards to unintentional chronic dehydration. The role and power of water is so grossly underestimated that it almost seems it’s been dismissed on purpose.

. . .

I read EVERYTHING you send.  I’ve changed the mindset with all the info.  Diet has changed.  Attitude has changed.  You’re helping me attack this instead of letting it attack me ????????

Thanks! ~ Rob

What Else?

Our friends at AIO Healing.com practice Traditional Maori Healing and they made a bit more of Batmanghelidj words available to us:

  • The Mayo Clinic had pronounced Lloyd Palmer, of Minnesota, as incurable. Since 1965 he had suffered from excruciatingly painful arthritis of his spinal column — ankylosing spondylitis. His spine twisted and lost movement until, he says, he became a “walking comma.”He suffered pain for 31 years, until he started to drink water and take salt. He writes: “I continue to be pain-free with my ankylosing spondylitis one year after starting the water/salt regime. My blood pressure is normal as well. I thank God every day for allowing me to finally be pain-free.”

I’m studying more about the molecular structure of water and how it operates at the cellular level. I will have more to talk about unintentional chronic dehydration in future posts.

Bert Middleton

“I know your pain. Let me help you kill your gout for good!  And teach you to advocate for yourself and take ownership of your gout recovery, by showing you how to live the gout-free lifestyle.” Two decades ago, Bert Middleton found himself diagnosed with gout. Like 8.3 million other people in the United States (approximately 4% of the population), he struggled helplessly with the physical, emotional, social, and financial impact that gout left unchecked can have on your life. Prescription drugs were of limited help… And the terrible pain of regular gout attacks left him unable to enjoy even the simplest daily pleasures. His marriage was suffering. His finances were spiraling due to the impact gout had on his ability to work. And maintaining a social life was often nearly impossible. Tophi surgeries left him in terrible pain.  And he found himself depressed … and angry … that gout was stealing years of his life.

Until one day, after hundreds of hours of research and self-experimentation, Bert finally had a breakthrough and created a blueprint for a way of living that would prove to be “the answer” to living gout-free for nearly a decade now. Today, Bert and his “Gout Wife” Sharon devote their evenings and weekends to educating other gout sufferers on how to live the gout-free lifestyle. Showing others his 911 Emergency Response Gout Recovery Plan for getting PAINFUL gout attacks under control in as little as 4 hours. And then, how to make daily choices that keep gout under control for GOOD! So you can finally start LIVING again!
