In the War on Gout, acid-alkaline balance is everything…contrary to popular belief. I’ve focused on using ionized alkaline water as the most direct and important way to approach the body pH and keep the acid-alkaline balance but this shakes things up a bit. This is from Dr. Batmanghelidj’s book, “ABC of Asthma Allergies & Lupus” and he continues with this: “Breathing…is by far the most important pH regulating mechanism the body possesses”.
