This Is Your Year to be GOUT FREE! Lets Get Busy!
We made it. Phew. We can start fresh and do it right this time.
But what is “it”? What do we have to do to kill gout and live gout free in this new year of 2018? Where do we start? What do we have to do?
All good questions. And, even better – I have some answers for you…that are going to be surprising to you – some good, gout prevention answers that will help you make the most out of your gout free new year.
Most people have allowed themselves to be completely programmed and conditioned by the pharmaceutical industry and modern medical science, to believe that gout is all about heredity and genetic predispositions. And of course the only way (they would like you to think) to deal with these biochemical conditions is with (their) drugs.
Well…have you heard of “epigenetics”? Various circumstances in life can cause genes to be silenced or expressed over time – they can be turned off or turned on, become dormant or become active, depending on environmental influences. Like the food you eat, the air you breathe, the stress you live with, etc.

I like everything about your work – it reenforces all the valuable insight and advice you give from different angles (video, audio & hard copy). It is excellent and I love it! I’m still not done yet – I know …wtf! Based on your advice, I was able to prevent 1 potential gout attack w/your instant killer formula and haven’t encountered anything since then. I have long days: work 5am-2pm, taking care of a clinically depressed spouse who now can’t drive (so I do all the errands & what-not that requires driving, run & manage household chores, and I’m in constant hip pain (hip replacement surgery 4/18) w/bone on bone every step i take. Because of all this, i don’t have a lot of free time or energy but I am slowly making my way through your material because it is important to me and for my health. Even if I don’t get around to taking advantage of your free complementary coaching session, just know that you’ve helped me a lot and for that I’m grateful. What did you subject yourself to last year?
I like to say people don’t get old – they just subject themselves to varying degrees of abuse and neglect. Sometimes, that abuse and neglect is not just by being lazy or making thoughtless, poor choices (though most of the time it is). It can be what you ended up being subjected to. A good example is, maybe as a kid, you lived near some industrial plant, spewing toxic chemicals. What effect did that have on your liver and kidneys? Maybe the damage all that toxicity did, didn’t become apparent until much later. Or similarly, maybe you grew up on a big farm where they used a lot of synthetic, toxic fertilizers and pesticides.
Or, maybe at some point in your life, (maybe now) you lived with a tremendous amount of stress – either physical or mental/emotional stress. Stresses on the body – like consuming way too much high glycemic food (out-right sugary foods and/or highly refined grain-based carbohydrates like breads and cereals) or being under a lot of psychological pressure from personal or working relationships. Stress, in whatever form, creates body chemistry by way of stress hormones – and being flooded with those stress hormones can have serious negative effects on your health.
The how-to, to your GOUT FREE New Year…
What you eat, what you drink, what you think, how you sleep, how much you exercise, how deeply you breathe…all effect how your genes express. You are not a victim of your genes. You can, with effort, with commitment, with discipline, influence and direct your genetic tendencies.
There are seven areas of your personal health that you need to address to gain control of, to become gout free:
- Breathing and oxygen utilization
- Consistent hydration with high quality water
- A well planned and well thought out diet of nutrient dense food
- Methods of stress management
- Avoidance of toxic environmental chemicals
- Measured frequency of physical movement and exercise
- Deep, complete, restful sleep
There are many courses and programs out there that have been put together by some exceptionally well trained, compassionate people. Find one, pick one, get busy with it, and make it happen. Just “decide” – decide to do it and get it done.
